Whenever you buy through the Happetite Food website we take every precaution to ensure that your transactions are secure. All customer details are held in confidence and will not be handed on to third parties or used for marketing purposes unless previously agreed.
We accept Visa, Master Card and AMEX credit cards. Your card will be charged in advance for the full value of the total order. Your order is only confirmed when you receive both an order confirmation and a payment confirmation. You can also pay by PayPal.
We reserve the right to amend or refuse the sale, if the payment is not received prior to delivery day. Please note that prices may alter, and that we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Your credit card number will not be stored once payment has been successful.
All products are billed in Australian dollars, and a full receipt will be sent to the customer online once payment has been processed through the website.

Happetite Food products are dispatched in polystyrene boxes with cold packs to maintain the required temperature. Products should be put in the fridge/freezer immediately upon receipt.
We do ask that if the recipient of the Food Gift is not at home, specific delivery details be given so we can leave the gift in a safe and secure location. In this situation, You grant Happetite Food an Authority to Leave the parcel at the destination without a recipient signature.
You must nominate a location where the Order can be safely left (e.g. reception, front door). You accept responsibility for any loss, theft, damage or delayed delivery incurred during this method of delivery. Happetite Food, all parties and contractors associated with the delivery do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this Authority to Leave delivery method.
We will deliver Happetite Food packages as stated on our website. Time for delivery shall not be the essence of our contract. Due to circumstances beyond our control, sometimes our drivers / couriers experience unavoidable delays. In these circumstances we respectfully request that you allow until 9pm for the delivery to occur. In the event that delivery still has not been made or attempted by the following day, we will either dispatch the goods again free of charge or make a full refund. We shall not be liable for any non-delivery, even if it is our fault, unless you notify us by telephone by within 24 hours of scheduled delivery. Any liability for non-delivery within 24 hours shall be limited to replacing Happetite Food packages within a reasonable time or issuing a credit note to you.
Cooking and re-heating instructions must be followed closely. Make sure that re-heated food is piping hot throughout.
Food must be stored in a fridge at or below 5′ Celcius or kept in the freezer at or below -18′ Celcius. Food much be consumed within 3 days of opening each food item.
While we make every effort to fulfill your order occasionally products will run out due to unprecedented demand. Where we are unable to supply a product one of our customer services staff will contact you to arrange a replacement or to defer delivery.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Outside those hours, just leave us a message on the toll free number 180 366 344 or shoot us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you asap.
If you have any issues with making a payment or need to ammend your order please contact Happetite Food directly on 1800 366 344. Once payment has been made and package delivered we cannot refund the payment. If payment has been made and package not yet sent please contact us immediately on 1800 366 344 to see if we can assist with your requirements. Please note we do not return food packages or issue refunds for packages that have been sent as food is a perishable item and cannot be returned.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms and conditions due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including industrial action.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any previous agreement or understanding and may not be varied except in writing between us. All other terms and conditions express or implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The waiver by us of any breach or default of these conditions shall not be construed as a continued waiver of that breach, nor as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
If any provision of these conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
